Returns
At NightBeam, we accept returns only under the conditions listed below:

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs (if any)
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Incorrect color selected at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect
- Shipping delays once the order has left our facility
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.
Important Information
NightBeam glasses are designed for hands-free illumination during work, outdoor activities, and general use. Minor cosmetic differences or slight packaging variations do not qualify as product defects.
